@Ask_Spectrum guaranteed I'll never @GetSpectrum Internet after they cut my @ATT GigaPower service to run a new line. The area was properly marked. Luckily I speak Spanish or I wouldn't have been able to tell their crew anything. Still haven't seen the supervisor they promised.

I roll over in bed and my WiFi signal strength drop from Great to Good. It's annoying. My @Ask_Spectrum internet seems to be getting progressively slower. Can't even stream music to a Google Home without an insane amount of buffering.

How exactly does @GetSpectrum get away (legally) with claiming "NO TAXES" (on screen) and "no added taxes" (in audio) in TV commercials for their mobile service? One statement is completely false, the other is pointless, and they don't agree with each other.
